Our Library
BHPS Library Resource Centre
Beverley Hills has an extensive new modern library which opened
in June 2008.
Resources within the library are continually expanded and enhanced
to support the teaching programs of the school.
The library promotes
- enjoyment of literature and participation in leisure reading
- development of co-operative approaches to activities
- the acquisition of information retrieval skills over a variety of resources
- multi-age social contact in an attractive, friendly atmosphere
The library features
- modern shelving and flexible seating arrangements
- open spaces that can be adapted for multipurpose uses
- well organized collections of resources that support and enhance the school curriculum
- multiple computers for catalogue access
